SR Business plan
The business plan is a written document used to formalize a business plan. This is the second step in the process of creating a company which is carried out after the project appraisal.
The business plan can also be used when developing new activities in a pre-existing company. It is mainly used to collect financing from investors.
To be understood by all, the business plan must be both concrete and coherent. It must present all the actions that will be carried out by the company (where it is going), the means used to achieve it (how it is going) and the estimated period to achieve the set objectives.
It also relies on the specific features of the project in order to set it apart from other business plans received by potential investors. The business plan can also be presented to a banker to justify and support a loan request.
